Order related questions

When will I receive my order?
It depends which product you have ordered as some take longer than others to manufacture, an estimated dispatch time is shown within the more information section on each product. This time is based on you supplying your own artwork and from when the proof has been approved, NOT when the order has been placed. If you have chosen 'easiprint to create my artwork'  please allow extra time for us to create your artwork. 
IMPORTANT: Your order will not be printed until the proof is approved even if you have supplied your own artwork.

Dispatch Times

The dispatch times shown on all products are based on our working days which are Monday to Friday, we aren't open Saturday, Sunday or national bank holidays. 

Can I track my order online?
Yes. You can check the status of your order at any time by logging into the my account area on our homepage. You will also receive a dispatch confirmation email when your order is due for delivery.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it is prior to proof approval, once you have approved your proof you will not be able to cancel your order. If you have purchased our artwork service and we have already started your artwork when you wish to cancel, you will be charged for the artwork but not the print.

Where do we deliver free to?
We deliver throughout the UK. All deliveries to UK Mainland are free, however this excludes Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man & Scottish Highlands and Islands.

I am trying to buy something but I can't get past checkout
Once you are on the checkout screen you must tick that you accept our terms and conditions, otherwise you will not be able to proceed with your order.

How do I apply a discount code?
Within the shopping cart click on the small link I have a gift voucher or promo code,  insert the relevant code into the box and click add code to apply the discount. Alternatively take a look at our easy step by step blog .


My browser displays a 'time out' error when trying to upload  artwork
You should only ever see this error if you are trying to upload artwork that is a large file size, the error is usually due to a slow internet connection speed rather than our file upload service which has no restrictions on file size. If you have a good connection then you shouldn't experience any problems, however it can take a while to upload large files to our server.

The only payment option at checkout is sagepay but I don't use sagepay?
Sagepay is just our payment gateway, choose sagepay to pay as usual with either a debit or credit card.


Artwork related questions

How do I supply my artwork?
We accept PDF, Image File and MS Word*, we would strongly advise reading our Artwork Guide prior to submitting artwork.
*We would advise creating a PDF from MS Word.

Does a scan or hard copy of my current printing class as artwork?
We wouldn't advise this approach as it can deliver poor print results, we would instead recommend creating your artwork in an application such as word or alternatively choose 'easiprint to create my artwork' when purchasing your print. A photo taken of your artwork ie. on a phone is not suitable for artwork.

When do I upload my artwork?
You can upload your artwork within each product page by clicking the 'Choose File' button and browsing your PC for the file, however this option only lets you upload one file, if you have multiple files to upload or if the files are very large in size we would recommend using our file upload service which is available on our home page, if you use this service please include your Order Number in the comments section.

Who is responsible for making sure my artwork is correct?
It is your responsibility to ensure that artwork supplied is correct, this also applies when using our design services. We cannot stress enough the importance of checking your proof thoroughly, any errors or omissions not spotted once the artwork has been approved will be solely your responsibility.


Proof related questions

Will you send me a proof before printing?
Yes, we will email you a free PDF proof to approve after your order is placed. This is within 24 hours for artwork supplied or longer if you have chosen our artwork service. (Weekends and bank holidays excluded.) You will need
Adobe Acrobat Reader to view the PDF. Please Note: If you have chosen 'easiprint to create my artwork'  please allow extra time for us to create your artwork and proof.


Proof Approval Deadline
Proofs approved after 12noon will be processed the following working day.

The proof you sent me looks odd?
We generally supply pdf proofs whenever possible, however, there is a known issue with Acrobat which makes l's and i's appear bold on the proof, this is nothing to worry about as they will print perfectly fine. Our proof's are also lower resolution for email purposes so if you have used jpegs or tiffs within your artwork they may appear slightly pixelated.

Why does the colour on my proof on screen look different to the printed item I received?
Screen displays use the  RGB colour mode and are also backlit, so are capable of producing vivid and vibrant colours that are not possible to recreate in print.
Both our PDF and Print Process uses the CMYK colour mode, as mentioned in our artwork guide when RGB is converted to CMYK and visa versa there will always be slight differences in colour due to the different technologies used.

Can I make changes to my proof?
If you have supplied your own artwork then you will need to resubmit your amended artwork. However, if you have purchased our artwork service with your print order then we can make the changes you require.

If I make changes do I need to approve another proof?
Yes, no matter how minor the changes may be, approval of the amended proof is required.
